Roger is an experienced product creation technologist in the science, financial services, travel, e-commerce, education, intellectual property, local government, and biomedical sectors.
 
He has worked with Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, Clarivate, Hublsoft, Socitm Advisory, Columbus Direct Insurance, Priority Pass, the Wharton School, and the Wistar Institute.

In 2022, as CTO of Hublsoft, Roger was awarded an Innovate UK Smart Grant, resulting in a £500,000 award from UKRI for creating ML- and AI-assisted decision-making tools.

Roger's work at Wharton earned a 1999 Computerworld-Smithsonian Innovation Award Laureate and was inducted into the Smithsonian Institute permanent collection.
